Under the Nether, the Underworld.
A dimension of our own, reached through the floor of the Nether. Coordinates don't work down there, and anything goes.

Drop ten diamonds on the altar in his Underworld arena and he rises fifteen seconds later. A relic leaves his loot for good the first time anyone wins it, so there is only ever one of each.

Endgame · the End
The Pit of the Nine. Four of nine seals broken.
A black island sunk into the End, ringed by nine sealed beacons. Each seal opens to one key. Eight are hidden somewhere in the four dimensions, and one is won in the Proving Grounds.
When a key wakes, the whole server hears it. Whoever finds it has 24 hours to carry it into the Pit before it crumbles. Each vault gives up its prize once, to the first key that reaches it.
When all nine beacons burn, the heart of the Pit wakes.
